Moisés Arias (born April 18, 1994) is an American actor and photographer of Colombian descent.  He is best known for playing Rico in Hannah Montana on Disney Channel and for roles in films like The Kings of Summer, Ender’s Game, Monos, The Wall of Mexico, and more recently as Norm MacLean in the Fallout Amazon series.  Beyond acting, Arias has grown into creative work—directing, photography, and production.  As a younger creator, he and his brother directed content under the YouTube name Moiswashere.  He has also been credited as associate or executive producer on projects such as Monos and Blast Beat.
