Kristin Juszczyk
Kristin Juszczyk (née Arceri) is an American fashion designer and entrepreneur best known as the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Off Season, a luxury sports apparel brand launched in 2025 alongside Emma Grede and Fanatics under an official NFL license. After earning a business degree from Towson University, Kristin shifted from real estate into fashion design. She began creating custom NFL-inspired outerwear in 2018 under her own label, which gained viral traction when celebrities like Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes, and Simone Biles wore her pieces to games. Her work’s success led to an official NFL licensing deal and ultimately the formation of Off Season — a brand that merges high-fashion silhouettes with sports heritage. As Chief Creative Officer, Kristin oversees design direction, product development, and creative collaboration with athletes and public figures. She is recognized for redefining “fan fashion,” elevating team apparel into a premium lifestyle category that bridges the gap between sports and street luxury.
