People Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic People Operations Manager to lead HR initiatives for our rapidly scaling AI company. This role focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment strategies to attract top AI and tech talent.

• Design and oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.

• Partner with leadership to align people operations with business goals.

• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Management.

• Proven success supporting engineering or technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

• Experience with HRIS platforms and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR).
