


Emma Grede
Emma Grede is a British businesswoman, creative entrepreneur, and investor best known for co-founding and leading inclusive consumer brands. She launched Good American (with Khloé Kardashian) in 2016, which focuses on size inclusivity and high-quality denim and women’s fashion.  She is also a founding partner and Chief Product Officer at Skims, Kim Kardashian’s shapewear and loungewear brand.  Additionally, she co-founded Safely, a plant-based cleaning & wellness brand born during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Grede began her career in fashion production and talent/marketing agency roles (Inca Productions, ITB Worldwide) before pivoting to consumer brands.  She also serves as Chairwoman of the 15 Percent Pledge, advocating for retail shelf space for Black-owned businesses, and participates as a recurring investor (“Shark”) on Shark Tank, becoming the first Black woman investor on the U.S. show.
