The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the voice of Poubel to global retailers, buyers, and collaborators. You’ll hunt for new opportunities, open doors with luxury stockists, and build the top of the sales funnel that fuels our next stage of growth.
This is a role for someone ambitious, creative, and commercially sharp—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning conversations into partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Lead outbound outreach to potential retailers, stockists, and collaborators.
• Generate and qualify new opportunities for the sales team.
• Craft personalized messages across email, phone, and social.
• Manage multiple leads and stay organized with follow-ups and CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
What You Bring
• Experience in outbound B2B sales or business development (retail, fashion, or luxury preferred).
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-starter who’s proactive, creative, and thrives under pressure.
• Obsessed with luxury, design, and modern branding.
• Based in London, available to work in-office 3 days/week.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $36,000–$39,000 USD
• OTE: $15,000–$18,000 USD
• Hybrid working: 3 days in London office
