About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive focused on recruiting and onboarding high-impact creators across different verticals. This is a fast-moving, relationship-driven role — ideal for someone who understands creator culture, thrives on connection, and knows how to spot breakout talent before anyone else does.

You’ll be the bridge between creators and the platform — identifying, onboarding, and nurturing the next generation of digital entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Recruitment:

• Identify, approach, and engage top creators who align with Passes’ brand and mission.

• Build a qualified pipeline through outreach, events, referrals, and social discovery.

• Design and execute outreach strategies that feel personalized and authentic.

• Onboarding & Integration:

• Guide creators through onboarding and ensure smooth setup across tools and workflows.

• Partner with the Creator Success and Support teams to provide high-touch service.

• Act as the creator’s advocate during the first critical weeks on the platform.

• Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner to your creator portfolio.

• Gather feedback to improve both the creator experience and platform features.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding and retention.

• Market Intelligence:

• Stay ahead of emerging creator trends and up-and-coming talent.

• Analyze acquisition performance and optimize recruitment strategies.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in creator partnerships, talent acquisition, or account management.

• Deep understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and digital culture.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning ambitious targets.

• Experience with CRM tools and outreach workflows.
