The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Account Management Intern to support our high-profile creator roster. You’ll assist in daily operations, streamline communication, and help manage key processes that elevate creator satisfaction and retention. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how world-class creators scale their businesses through data, relationships, and creative strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track creator care tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

• Support Account Managers with data entry, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date decks, tools, and presentations for the Account Management team.

• Assist in transitioning workflows from Salesforce to Attio.

• Create performance decks, gather insights, and prepare pitch materials for clients.

• Analyze support data and recommend process improvements.

• Send monthly reporting to creators and assist with retention strategies.

Who You Are

• Passionate about creators, content, and the digital ecosystem.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Interested in account management, partnerships, or client relations.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.

• Bonus: experience with Slack, Google Suite, Attio, Notion, Power BI, or Looker.

Compensation & Details

💵 $17.28/hour

🕒 Approx. 20 hours per week
