The Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to shape the future of Linktree. Your mission: build an AI-first platform that builds, maintains, and optimizes itself — helping creators and businesses grow without friction.

You’ll collaborate across design, engineering, and data science to bring intelligent automation, personalization, and generative UX to life. From the first touchpoint to ongoing engagement, your work will redefine how millions interact with their digital identities.

What You’ll Do

• AI-First Onboarding: Lead the creation of a “Generated Linktree” experience — auto-generating profiles from bios, links, and content.

• Automated Upkeep: Design features that keep Linktrees fresh with auto-updates, seasonal content, and smart maintenance.

• Smart Insights: Turn analytics and user behavior into actionable, automated recommendations.

• Internal AI Tooling: Identify opportunities for AI to optimize internal workflows (content, support, partnerships).

• AI UX Design: Partner with Design to define AI interaction patterns — from copilots to autonomous agents.

• Trust & Privacy: Ship AI features that are transparent, ethical, and user-controlled.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 1–2 years shipping AI-powered features or products.

• Experience with LLM-based tools, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation.

• Strong sense of user intent and abstraction — you know when to simplify and when to expose control.

• Skilled in AI prototyping tools (e.g., Alloy) and comfortable taking products from v0 to v1.

• Confident working cross-functionally across GTM, platform, and data teams.

• Passionate about empowering creators and small businesses through technology.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI copilots, LLMs, or agentic systems.

• Product experience in low-code, no-code, or marketing tech.

• A track record of designing AI-native user experiences that drive delight and value.

Compensation

💰 $180,000–$190,000 USD base salary (San Francisco or Los Angeles)
