Role Overview
We’re seeking a Merchandising Assistant to join the growing SKIMS Men’s team in Los Angeles.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about product and eager to learn the inner workings of merchandising within a global fashion brand.
As part of the team, you’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from initial line planning to market preparation and post-season analysis—ensuring every product tells a cohesive, data-informed story. You’ll collaborate across Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, Planning, and Marketing to help build assortments that reflect SKIMS’ brand vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Men’s Merchant with seasonal line plans, line sheets, and merchandising tools.
• Manage PLM data entry, pricing updates, and product accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate samples for fittings, photoshoots, and market appointments.
• Prepare visual line sheets, product decks, and tools for internal and external presentations.
• Analyze sales performance to identify trends, growth drivers, and assortment opportunities.
• Partner with Product Development and Production to track sample progress and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Planning and Sales to align assortment strategies with business and inventory goals.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform future collections and product positioning.

Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product Development within fashion or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems.
• Passion for product, trends, and the evolving men’s fashion landscape.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of the SKIMS aesthetic and brand voice.

$70,000 – $75,000 / year
