About the Role
We’re hiring an Associate Brand Partner to help us scale the future of B2B media by forging impactful partnerships with top brands and agencies.
This is a high-energy, revenue-generating role focused on selling newsletter sponsorships across Workweek’s creator brands. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close deals, manage inbound leads, and help advertisers reach business audiences that actually care.
You’ll join a team that prizes speed, creativity, and execution — a place where the best ideas get built fast.
What You’ll Do
• Own the newsletter sponsorship sales cycle, from outreach to close.
• Manage inbound advertisers and help them achieve campaign KPIs.
• Prospect and pitch new partners across categories, using audience insights and data.
• Build and maintain brand and agency relationships to grow revenue streams.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop creative, executable campaign concepts.
• Forecast and report sales performance to leadership on a quarterly basis.
• Contribute to overall sales strategy and help evolve our client offering.
Who You Are
• 1–3+ years of sales or media partnership experience (newsletter or ad sales preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital media, content sponsorships, and ad operations.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from research to RFPs to closing.
• Skilled in client communication and persuasive presentation delivery.
• Ambitious, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
• Exceptional collaborator — you put team success above individual credit.
• Deep alignment with Workweek’s values and passion for the creator economy.
