The Role

As an Associate, Creator Management, you’ll help execute creator campaigns for the world’s top brands — managing everything from sourcing and negotiations to content delivery and campaign performance. You’ll collaborate across teams to connect brands with the right creators, ensuring every campaign hits KPIs and delivers cultural impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of influencer and creator campaigns for Fortune 500 brands.

• Source, vet, and negotiate with creators across all major social platforms.

• Manage creator contracting, deliverables, and performance tracking.

• Leverage data to recommend creators aligned with client goals and audience insights.

• Partner cross-functionally with account management, analytics, and operations teams.

• Maintain brand safety standards and ensure compliance with campaign requirements.

• Stay current with creator trends, tools, and platform innovations.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or talent management.

• Agency or startup background with strong communication and organization skills.

• Knowledge of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

• Network of creators, agents, or managers preferred.

• Passion for social media, pop culture, and the creator economy.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
