The Role

Based in Los Angeles, the Associate, Creator Management will support day-to-day creator operations for top global brands. You’ll help identify and manage creators, execute campaigns, and collaborate across departments to ensure successful delivery. From vetting talent to optimizing performance, this role sits at the core of the creator-brand connection.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of influencer and creator campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.

• Source, vet, and negotiate with creators to ensure alignment with brand KPIs.

• Oversee contracting, deliverables, and performance management.

• Leverage analytics tools to optimize creator selection and campaign outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with account, operations, and analytics teams.

• Maintain brand safety and ensure compliance with platform and client standards.

• Monitor social trends and emerging creators across major platforms.

What You’ll Bring

• Based in Los Angeles with 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital media.

• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Agency experience and familiarity with startup culture.

• Network of creator and talent management contacts a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
