The Role

The Associate Director of Strategy & Analytics will shape how global brands approach influencer marketing through insight-driven strategy, data analytics, and creative planning. You’ll work cross-functionally with client, revenue, and execution teams to develop high-impact strategies that tie social storytelling to tangible business outcomes. This role requires analytical precision, marketing intuition, and the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic development for key accounts, aligning influencer and media plans with business objectives.

• Partner with Revenue and Client Solutions to pitch strategies rooted in audience insight and performance data.

• Create frameworks for campaign success measurement and ongoing optimization.

• Interpret and visualize campaign results to drive actionable insights.

• Develop long-term account roadmaps that balance innovation and ROI.

• Guide teams in audience targeting, creative alignment, and omni-channel distribution strategy.

• Present strategic findings and recommendations to executive-level clients.

• Elevate the company’s analytics capabilities through best practices, tooling, and mentorship.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of agency or strategy experience in digital, media, or omni-channel marketing.

• Expertise in data tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Datorama.

• Advanced Excel and Google Suite proficiency.

• Deep understanding of audience research platforms (YouGov, GWI, Helixa, Simmons).

• Skilled in social listening (Brandwatch, Infegy) and survey design for insights.

• Proven ability to translate analytics into creative and media strategy.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
