About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Partner to help build the future of B2B media through authentic, creative partnerships. You’ll own and grow relationships with major brands and agencies — selling across newsletters, podcasts, events, and custom media programs.

This is a high-impact sales role where creativity meets performance. You’ll craft thoughtful campaigns that help brands meet their goals without compromising the integrity of our creators or communities. You’ll work across Workweek’s fastest-growing verticals, partnering with clients who want to reach audiences that actually matter.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, pitch, and close advertising and sponsorship deals across newsletters, podcasts, events, and reports.

• Build multi-channel, creative campaigns that align brand goals with Workweek’s storytelling approach.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with brand and agency partners across industries.

• Collaborate internally to produce high-quality campaigns that are both creative and executable.

• Lead the RFP process, developing custom proposals and integrated media packages.

• Forecast, track, and report sales performance, meeting or exceeding quarterly goals.

• Represent Workweek with professionalism, authenticity, and deep understanding of our mission.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in digital or integrated media sales (newsletter, podcast, or brand partnerships preferred).

• Proven record of exceeding quotas through consultative, high-value dealmaking.

• Deep knowledge of the media sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.

• Strong creative instincts; you know how to turn a client’s goals into smart, strategic campaigns.

• Comfortable leading RFPs and developing custom, cross-platform proposals.

• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
