The Role

We’re seeking a Business Operations Lead to help build the operational engine that powers Partiful’s next stage of growth. You’ll lead an AI-native team that operates as both the backbone and problem-solving force of the company — streamlining, automating, and scaling systems across every department.

You’ll act as both a strategist and an operator: executing high-impact projects, fixing bottlenecks, and embedding automation and AI into our workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Business Operations team, creating an AI-native culture focused on speed, efficiency, and automation.

• Personally execute high-priority company projects and mentor team members.

• Streamline and automate internal workflows, deploying AI agents to scale operations across teams.

• Identify inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and design creative solutions end-to-end.

• Source, test, and integrate third-party tools that improve productivity and collaboration.

• Prototype internal tools and automations using vibe coding and rapid iteration.

• Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and company-wide initiatives.

Who You Are

• 4–8 years in business operations, strategy, or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a high-growth startup.

• 2+ years of people management experience.

• 2+ years of field work (e.g., operations at delivery or mobility startups, consulting, or forward-deployed roles).

• Strong analytical ability — fluent in SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools.

• AI-native mindset — you instinctively automate and leverage AI to accelerate workflows.

• Highly adaptable and resourceful — comfortable fixing anything from strategy gaps to tactical inefficiencies.

• Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
