• Partner with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate large-scale operational systems.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and growth barriers.

• Design and implement scalable, automated solutions to streamline operations.

• Define and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of process improvements.

Retail Operations Expertise

• Apply deep understanding of retail systems, logistics, and supply chain management to inform operational decisions.

• Collaborate with product, logistics, and operations teams to ensure process alignment with business objectives.

• Act as a strategic thought partner, advising on technology adoption, workflow optimization, and operational scaling.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or related fields.

• Proven success managing large-scale technology implementations (ERP, PLM, or inventory systems).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive data-backed decisions.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.
