About the Role
The Chief Media Officer (CMO) is the architect of Acquisition.com’s media ecosystem — responsible for transforming the brand, personalities, and intellectual property of Acquisition.com into a category-defining global media platform.
You’ll oversee every channel, narrative, and creative system — scaling the reach of Alex, Leila, and Sharran to tens of millions while turning education into entertainment and content into capital.
This role is not about “running social.” It’s about building a media machine that compounds brand equity, fuels the advisory and investment arms, and positions Acquisition.com as the Harvard of entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do
Brand & Narrative
• Define and own the global brand narrative — “the business that builds businesses.”
• Develop cohesive media strategies for Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, Sharran Srivatsaa, and the corporate brand.
• Align content across all tiers: free reach, credibility building, and conversion-driven funnels.Team & Org Design
• Build a multi-brand, multi-platform media organization across long-form, short-form, podcast, PR, paid, and innovation pods.
• Recruit and develop top-tier creative and operational talent.
• Create role ladders, eliminate single points of failure, and implement scalable structure.Content & Creative Direction
• Turn company initiatives ($100M Money Models, Advisory funnels, portfolio growth) into powerful, educational media campaigns.
• Build recurring content franchises that become synonymous with the brand.
• Ensure each platform (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Podcasts) is optimized for storytelling and scale.Systems, Data & AI
• Implement media dashboards with live KPIs (reach, engagement, funnel lift, CAC).
• Lead AI-driven transformation in content production, copywriting, thumbnail testing, and creative analysis.
• Document SOPs and creative frameworks that ensure speed, consistency, and scale.Cross-Company Integration
• Partner with Marketing, Advisory, and Investments to ensure media directly drives pipeline and portfolio value.
• Turn media into a growth engine for every business unit under the Acquisition.com umbrella.

What You’ll Bring
• 10–15+ years leading media teams at scale (multi-brand or multi-personality ecosystems).
• Experience scaling both personal brands and corporate media properties to 8–9 figures.
• Proven record of managing 30–100+ creatives across strategy, production, and distribution.
• Deep expertise in storytelling, growth levers, analytics, and AI integration.
• C-suite presence with the ability to shape executive strategy.

Compensation & Relocation
• Salary: $375,000–$475,000 + Bonus
• Relocation Support: Temporary housing, moving expenses, and housing transition assistance.
