About the Role
As a Client Experience Associate, you’ll be the bridge between ACQ and its clients — ensuring every interaction feels world-class. You’ll manage client communications, resolve issues, and support workshop operations with precision, empathy, and speed.
This role is for someone who thrives on structure, communicates with clarity, and takes pride in creating frictionless client experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Manage daily client tickets and communications in HubSpot, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
• Provide warm, professional support via email, phone, and SMS.
• Troubleshoot issues across billing, event logistics, and product access.
• Monitor ticket SLAs and report recurring issues to leadership.
• Support live workshop logistics — before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client data is current and consistent.
• Document all client interactions and improvement opportunities with precision.

• 2+ years in client support, customer experience, or service operations roles.
• Proven track record managing tickets or client inquiries efficiently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with empathy and polish.
• Strong technical competency with HubSpot or CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.

• Base Salary: $53,340–$80,010 USD (based on experience and location)
