Position Overview
The Concept Design Stylist will play a key creative role in defining the visual identity, concept direction, and styling narrative across NikeSKIMS seasonal collections — from apparel and footwear to accessories and campaigns.
This role sits at the intersection of fashion styling, concept design, and cultural storytelling, requiring a forward-thinking creative with deep knowledge of global trends, streetwear, and sports culture.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Styling
• Define and execute the visual language for NikeSKIMS collections through mood boards, concept decks, and trend curation.
• Partner with design leads to style full looks, collections, and brand moments across campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches.
• Translate the creative vision into styling concepts that align with both Nike’s performance DNA and SKIMS’ modern aesthetic.
Trend Forecasting & Research
• Identify emerging fashion and cultural trends influencing sportswear, streetwear, and luxury apparel.
• Research silhouettes, color stories, fabrics, and materials to inform the design process.
• Maintain a constant pulse on fashion weeks, cultural moments, and global influencer movements.
Concept Development
• Collaborate with footwear and accessories teams to ensure cohesive cross-category storytelling.
• Contribute to campaign, photoshoot, and visual merchandising concepts that bring the NikeSKIMS brand to life.
• Develop creative presentations for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, marketing, product development, and brand creative to align storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Support internal and external presentations for Nike and SKIMS leadership teams.
• Build styling kits, pull looks, and manage seasonal sample libraries for ongoing creative projects.
Styling for Campaigns & Launches
• Lead the styling direction for editorial content, campaign shoots, events, and brand experiences.
• Ensure every visual expression reflects the NikeSKIMS identity and connects to its broader cultural context.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or Visual Merchandising preferred.
• 5+ years of styling experience in fashion, luxury, or sportswear.
• Proven creative eye for trend forecasting, color direction, and visual composition.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept and styling execution for high-profile brands.
• Deep understanding of sportswear culture, performance design, and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally within fast-paced creative teams.

$120,000 – $150,000 / year
