About the Role

As a Content Creator, you’ll lead short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for Alex and Leila Hormozi. You’ll own the full creative process — editing videos, designing graphics, optimizing engagement, and iterating fast on what works. You’ll collaborate with the Mozi Media team and report to a Shorts Manager on either Team Alex or Team Leila.

This is a fast-paced, creator-led environment for someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator — obsessed with growth, systems, and the craft of digital content.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish 2–3 standout short-form videos or graphics per day.

• Edit high-quality clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Design visual assets (carousels, infographics, posts) that align with brand tone.

• Analyze performance data and adjust creative direction based on insights.

• Track platform trends and apply them within the Hormozi brand voice.

• Develop scalable content workflows and document best practices in ClickUp or Notion.

• Collaborate with marketing, production, and leadership to ensure creative consistency.

• Manage content calendars, collaborations, and cross-posting strategy.

• Bring 15–30 fresh content ideas weekly and build momentum for growth.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in social media or short-form content creation.

• Proven track record growing accounts and driving measurable engagement.

• Expert in short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut) and design fluency (Photoshop, Canva).

• Strategic mindset — combines creativity with systems thinking.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Deep familiarity with Alex & Leila Hormozi’s content a major plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas, NV after contract period.

💰 $85,000 – $104,000 / year
