About the Role

As Creative Coordinator – Shortform, you’ll be the operational and visual backbone of MrBeast’s Shortform Creative team — the group behind our viral YouTube Shorts and shortform content. You’ll keep ideas organized, visuals sharp, and projects moving at the speed of culture.

This is a hybrid creative-ops role: part systems thinker, part visual communicator, part storyteller. You’ll support ideation, mockups, and inter-team coordination — ensuring that every shortform idea turns into high-performing content with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Document brainstorms, creative decisions, and concept progress across multiple projects.

• Maintain and organize creative docs, pitch decks, and idea libraries for recurring formats and visual styles.

• Create visual mockups and concept aids for thumbnails, gags, and props.

• Build efficient systems for idea tracking, asset organization, and workflow visibility.

• Support seamless handoff of creative projects between concept, production, and post.

• Serve as the central coordination point across creative, production, and editorial teams.

• Anticipate gaps, surface blockers, and keep the creative engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in creative coordination, content production, or digital media.

• Ultra-organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.

• Strong visual sense — comfortable creating quick mockups or pitch visuals.

• Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-output creative teams.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva preferred.

• Familiarity with shortform content trends and MrBeast’s style a plus.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Greenville, NC.
