About the Role

At Beast Industries, creative leadership spans vision, execution, and impact. As Director of Video Creative, you will own projects end-to-end — from concept and thumbnails to filming decisions and final edit. You’ll lead pre-production planning, on-set real-time decision-making, and post-production alignment to ensure every video hits for millions of viewers.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Production:

• Innovate formats, frameworks and concepts for viral high-performance videos.

• Pitch macro ideas to Head of Creative and lead writing sessions.

• Research retention tactics and emerging formats.

On Set:

• Make real-time creative decisions to protect vision during filming.

• Direct talent, guide production schedule, and turn challenges into assets.

• Collaborate deeply with production, talent, contestants and crew to deliver best possible outcomes.

Post-Production & Beyond:

• Serve as the single source of creative truth for your projects — thousands of decisions flow through you.

• Lead review sessions in post-production, embed feedback, and ensure final product aligns with original creative intent.
