About the Role

The Creative Director is the architect of Acquisition.com’s brand. This isn’t a traditional “content” role — it’s a strategic operator seat responsible for protecting and scaling one of the most influential voices in entrepreneurship.

You’ll own how the brand shows up across every platform: shaping the strategy, story, systems, and creative standards that turn $100M lessons into global reach. You’ll blend instinct with analytics and build workflows powered by both talent and AI.

Your mandate: scale Acquisition.com’s brand to billions of impressions per year — while protecting its authority, integrity, and positioning.

What You’ll Do

Brand Stewardship

• Define and protect Acquisition.com’s identity as a top-tier investor and educator — never a “guru” brand.

• Maintain elite brand positioning and consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging.

• Manage brand guidelines, approvals, and risk mitigation across partnerships and campaigns.

Creative Strategy

• Own a 12-month content roadmap that aligns with launches, books, and brand milestones.

• Guide ideation and creative execution across YouTube, podcasts, short-form, livestreams, and campaigns.

• Develop playbooks for titles, thumbnails, hooks, and storytelling updated quarterly by platform trends.

AI & Systems Leadership

• Embed AI tools and automation across creative workflows to scale output without sacrificing quality.

• Run quarterly content reviews to codify what’s working and eliminate what’s not.

Execution & Production

• Oversee production days, creative briefs, and final approvals for flagship content.

• Repurpose top-performing content into multi-platform formats — e.g. YouTube → LinkedIn → Short-form.

• Ensure consistency, cadence, and precision across every brand touchpoint.

Team & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of editors, producers, and strategists.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio teams to tie content directly to growth outcomes.

• Run weekly and monthly reviews with accountability to KPIs and elite creative standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of creative direction or content leadership in high-growth media or personal brand companies.

• Proven track record scaling a content brand across multiple platforms with measurable results.

• Deep understanding of storytelling, positioning, and visual identity.

• Strong analytical mindset paired with creative instinct.

• Fluency with AI tools and modern content automation workflows.

• Expert understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels — switching seamlessly between vision and action.

• On-site availability in Las Vegas, NV.
