Your Mission
As Creative Editor at Flight Studio, your work will reach millions globally across our channels and brand partnerships. You’ll create best-in-class video campaigns that combine storytelling, precision, and impact. You’ll bridge creativity and execution—transforming briefs into content that moves audiences and drives measurable results.
Working across project, creative, podcast, and commercial teams, you’ll deliver visually striking and emotionally resonant video campaigns on time and at the highest standard. You’re a detail-obsessed creator with a deep understanding of what makes content perform across formats and platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Creative Execution
• Own editing, motion design, and audio output across all branded content projects.
• Develop campaign aesthetics, visual tone, and creative direction in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
• Adapt storytelling principles for both long-form narratives and short-form, social-first content.
• Deliver high-quality videos that align with Flight Studio’s creative standards and client expectations.
Collaboration & Process
• Partner with creative, commercial, and social teams to execute projects that exceed client and audience expectations.
• Work closely with designers, art directors, animators, and strategists to elevate creative workflows.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, shaping ideas that push creative and technical boundaries.
Operational Excellence
• Maintain an organised editing workflow — structuring project files, naming assets clearly, and managing timelines efficiently.
• Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications, technical requirements, and creative standards.
• Implement strong version control and backup systems to safeguard assets and ensure consistency.
• Deliver multiple video versions optimised for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Stay updated on new tools, techniques, and editing trends to drive continuous improvement.

We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in branded content, digital production, or creative editing (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Deep understanding of social media video formats, specs, and content trends.
• Strong organisational habits and fluency with workflow tools (Asana, Notion, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to feedback and iteration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
