About the Role

We’re looking for a Producer who thrives in uncertainty and knows how to turn ambitious creative into reality. In this role you’ll go beyond project management — you’ll plan for multiple scenarios, adapt fluidly, build strong relationships with vendors and partners, and lead production through dynamic, high-stakes content creation environments.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with creatives to translate big ideas into feasible production plans.

• Practice conditional planning: build multiple budgets, vendor options and schedules for shifting scenarios.

• Research, source and negotiate with vendors while securing flexible agreements.

• Build relationships with partners and vendors to ensure responsiveness under tight timelines.

• Anticipate pivots (day/night switches, location changes, props/build shifts) and adapt rapidly.

• Solve unique production challenges involving materials, props or builds.

• Lead teams under pressure, communicate with clarity and stay focused when stakes are high.

What We’re Looking For

• Expert communicator with strong phone/partner rapport.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple complex variables.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to plan flexibly without locking in prematurely.

• Strong negotiator with proven ability to secure creative-friendly deals.

• Resourceful problem-solver with knowledge or curiosity about materials, construction or engineering.

• Thrives under pressure and willing to commit in demanding production windows.

• Familiarity with YouTube-style or unconventional production environments preferred; large-scale or complex builds experience is a plus.
