About the Role

We’re seeking a Creative Producer for our Shortform/Vertical team to help architect, manage and deliver high-impact vertical content that drives the brand forward. With short-form platforms evolving rapidly, you’ll work on multiple parallel projects, balancing creative ambition with efficient execution.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist for vertical content to generate video creatives daily. 

• Manage day-to-day operations for the production of multiple short-form ideas, ensuring timely delivery. 

• Negotiate with contractors, secure locations and rental equipment for shoots. 

• Oversee organization of budgets, expenses, contractor paperwork, call sheets, releases, travel and accommodations. 

• Oversee timelines and budgets in partnership with the Head of Vertical. 

• Communicate across camera, lighting, audio and post-production teams to execute shoots. 

• Ensure on-set safety and COVID-19 protocols are followed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience as a production manager, preferably in short-form or vertical content. 

• Previous experience working with TikTok or other vertical content production preferred. 

• Proficient in TikTok editor, iPhone editing workflows and familiarity with Adobe Suite. 

• Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills. 

• Humility, willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly. 

• Strong team-orientation and ability to pivot with changing direction.
