The Role

We’re looking for a Creator in Residence (TikTok & Instagram) to build and embody Intro’s brand voice across social. You’ll craft short-form content that inspires, educates, and drives growth—helping shape how millions experience the Intro brand.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be the creative force—concepting, filming, editing, and experimenting daily. If you’ve built audiences, mastered the art of storytelling, and know how to turn trends into impact, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Intro’s brand and growth goals.

• Be both in front of and behind the camera—comfortable directing and performing.

• Craft narratives that connect audience emotion with product value.

• Stay on top of platform trends, emerging creators, and viral moments.

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and leadership to align creative direction.

• Batch-produce, schedule, and publish content at a consistent, high-quality cadence.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience as a creator, video producer, or content strategist.

• Proven track record of building audiences (20K+ followers) on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

• Strong editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.

• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual design for short-form video.

• Confident on camera with strong communication and creative instincts.

• Passion for internet culture, creator economy, and startup storytelling.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating founder-led or UGC-style content.

• Success driving measurable conversions through content.

• Familiarity with tech, startups, or the creator economy space.
