As a Customer Operations Associate, you’ll help deliver an elite experience to Betr’s fast-growing user base. You’ll handle live user issues, payments, and operational tasks across the product and content ecosystem — ensuring every customer interaction reflects Betr’s mission to make gaming fun, simple, and transparent.

What You’ll Do

• Provide real-time customer support via email and chat, ensuring a world-class experience.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries related to payments, bets, or app functionality.

• Review and approve deposits, withdrawals, and account verifications.

• Escalate technical or system issues to the proper internal teams for rapid resolution.

• Monitor platform performance during major sporting events and report critical issues.

• Capture customer insights to improve product and operational efficiency.

• Work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) during high-volume sports periods.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years in customer service, support, or operations (gaming/sports experience preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and patient under pressure.

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.

• Knowledge of payments, fraud detection, or sportsbook systems a major plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and improve workflows.

• Passion for sports and fan engagement is a strong advantage.
