About the Role

NOBULL is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and management of our enterprise technology ecosystem — with a focus on optimizing NetSuite ERP and its integrations across the business.

Reporting to the VP of IT, this role will serve as the architect and operational leader for NOBULL’s enterprise systems roadmap. You’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure our systems, data flows, and integrations scale with the company’s rapid growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Strategy

• Partner with the VP of IT to define and execute a multi-year enterprise systems roadmap that aligns with company goals and supports scalable growth.

• Lead the strategy, optimization, and daily operations of NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, reporting, and user enablement.

• Drive system improvements that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across departments.

Systems Integration & Optimization

• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and key business applications (e.g., Shopify, Segment, Ramp, Centric, Snowflake, Tableau) using iPaaS tools such as Celigo, Workato, SPS Commerce, or Pipe17.

• Ensure seamless data synchronization and accuracy across all enterprise systems.

• Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support operational and financial decision-making.

• Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams to align technology solutions with business requirements.

• Support inventory, order management, and accounting workflows across ERP and integrated systems.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex system challenges into actionable business strategies.

Leadership & Governance

• Manage internal technical teams and external partners to ensure high-quality project delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.

• Promote data governance, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.

• Identify and mitigate enterprise system risks, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing enterprise business systems, including NetSuite ERP, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.

• Deep functional and technical expertise in NetSuite (order management, inventory, freight, GL, SuiteScript, workflows, Avalara, Segment, Celigo).

• Proven success managing integrations via iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Workato, Pipe17, SPS Commerce).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles or experience partnering closely with Finance teams.

• Experience in 3PL-supported eCommerce environments preferred.

• Hands-on experience managing inventory data and transactions across complex systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Entrepreneurial energy with a hands-on approach — willing to get into the details when needed.

• Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + Bonus + Equity
