About the Role

The Director of Business Strategy is a hybrid of strategist, operator, and teacher — someone who knows how to take a messy, early-stage business and build it into something scalable and sustainable.

You’ll work directly with founders to diagnose bottlenecks, architect growth strategies, and build execution roadmaps — live, in real time, through Acquisition.com’s high-impact workshops. You’ll also help codify what works into playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale across the company’s ecosystem.

This role is fast-paced, high-intensity, and ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with logic, and loves helping others win.

What You’ll Do

• Lead live consulting sessions, guiding founders through diagnosing and fixing their biggest growth bottlenecks.

• Develop rapid-growth strategies — identifying key constraints and breaking solutions into actionable steps.

• Host and facilitate roundtable discussions, spotlighting real businesses for live problem-solving.

• Convert insights into repeatable systems, frameworks, and playbooks for internal and client use.

• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing strategic support.

• Partner cross-functionally with the portfolio and operations teams to refine workshop execution.

• Train and mentor junior strategists in business analysis, facilitation, and client delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success scaling startups or consulting small-to-mid-sized businesses.

• Experience in management consulting, advisory, or executive leadership roles (7–9 figure companies preferred).

• Deep pattern recognition and structured problem-solving ability.

• Exceptional communication and teaching skills — capable of simplifying complex ideas for founders.

• Strong business acumen across marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.

• Emotional intelligence and curiosity — enjoys helping others succeed.

• Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: $173,340 – $216,675 + Bonus (based on experience)
