About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Producer who thrives in uncertainty and knows how to turn ambitious creative into reality. Producers at MrBeast aren’t traditional project managers — they’re problem-solvers who plan for every scenario, stay flexible under pressure, and bring massive creative visions to life.

You’ll collaborate with creatives, brand partners, and production teams to deliver high-impact content that balances scale, speed, and storytelling. This is a hands-on role designed for someone hungry to grow into a world-class producer in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers and creatives to translate branded concepts into viral content that fits the MrBeast voice.

• Practice conditional planning — preparing multiple vendor, prop, and build options to keep productions agile.

• Research, source, and negotiate with vendors to secure creative-friendly, flexible deals.

• Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure responsiveness under tight timelines.

• Anticipate and adapt to last-minute pivots, including location, weather, or schedule changes.

• Solve unique logistical and creative challenges with materials, builds, and set design.

• Support set operations and maintain communication between creative and technical departments.

• Contribute to production improvements and internal workflows to increase team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in production or creative project management (digital, branded, or entertainment).

• Expert communication and negotiation skills — especially strong on calls and vendor interactions.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects under shifting priorities.

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing plans.

• Resourceful, proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure.

• Curious about every aspect of production — from set builds to storytelling.

• Familiarity with YouTube-style or unconventional production environments a plus.

• Marketing experience or an understanding of brand partnerships preferred.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Greenville, NC.
