About the Role

As Director of Marketing & Growth, you’ll lead inside ACQ’s Advisory Practice — serving as both strategist and operator for client businesses. You’ll diagnose growth bottlenecks, design winning marketing systems, and teach founders how to scale.

This isn’t a passive “consulting” role — it’s hands-on. You’ll dive into real businesses, rebuild acquisition systems, and lead live Boardroom sessions to help entrepreneurs break through stagnation. You’ll also mentor ACQ’s advisors and codify playbooks that scale your expertise company-wide.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose marketing constraints and prescribe clear, tactical solutions for client growth.

• Lead Boardroom workshops with founders, providing real-time problem-solving and execution frameworks.

• Develop and optimize paid media, funnels, offers, and conversion strategies across platforms.

• Create growth playbooks, frameworks, and assets that drive predictable, scalable revenue.

• Partner with internal teams to enhance client experience and delivery quality.

• Lead internal growth projects, from funnel launches to offer design.

• Mentor advisors and associates, raising the overall capability of the Advisory team.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in marketing, ideally having led or scaled a company through an exit.

• Deep expertise across paid acquisition (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google), CAC/LTV tracking, funnels, and conversion strategy.

• Proven ability to manage $100K–$400K+ ad budgets with performance accountability.

• Exceptional communicator with executive presence and high emotional intelligence.

• Analytical and creative — able to blend data, storytelling, and psychology.

• Experience leading teams and mentoring talent in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

• Comfortable with 7AM–7PM workshop intensity during client weeks.

• Drive measurable client growth and revenue uplift ($250K+ post-engagement avg).

• Maintain NPS above 75% and renewal/referral rates above 60%.

• Build new internal sales and marketing frameworks for the ACQ ecosystem.

• Develop junior advisors into senior-level strategic operators.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $173,000–$216,000 + 10–25% performance bonus

• Relocation support: $10,000–$15,000 + temporary housing (up to $10K)
