The Role
The Director of Strategy & Analytics will lead strategic planning and performance insight for Influential’s healthcare portfolio — one of the fastest-growing verticals in the creator economy. You’ll oversee cross-functional campaign strategy, data-driven storytelling, and actionable insights that drive business growth for global clients. This role demands both creative fluency and analytical rigor, helping define the future of healthcare marketing through social and influencer innovation.
What You’ll Do
• Lead strategic planning for healthcare client campaigns from ideation to measurement.
• Partner with Creative, Revenue, and Client Solutions to align influencer strategy with client objectives.
• Leverage audience data, campaign performance, and market trends to justify and optimize investments.
• Develop and present multi-channel media and content strategies that meet business KPIs.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations.
• Build strategic roadmaps and frameworks that guide portfolio growth and performance.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to craft culturally relevant, insight-driven campaign concepts.
• Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and senior brand stakeholders.
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or media within agency or integrated marketing environments.
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator frameworks, and data-driven campaign design.
• Experience managing healthcare or regulated-industry accounts a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and media planning tools (YouGov, GWI, Helixa, Simmons).
• Expertise in social listening (Brandwatch, Infegy) and audience segmentation.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive-level clients.
• A balance of creative thinking and analytical precision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
