About the Role

We’re hiring an Emerging Markets Manager, Creator Partnerships to help expand Fanfix into new creator verticals. You’ll identify, recruit, and onboard creators from emerging categories — introducing them to the tools and strategies that help them grow, engage fans, and build sustainable income on the platform.

This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, growth, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators across untapped content categories and emerging markets.

• Conduct personalized outreach via email, DMs, and calls to introduce creators to Fanfix.

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle — from first contact to activation.

• Help creators develop monetization strategies that grow revenue and deepen engagement.

• Collaborate with internal Creator Partnerships and Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs.

• Track pipeline performance and hit ambitious onboarding goals.

• Stay ahead of creator trends, new platforms, and niche communities.

• 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.

• Deep understanding of creator economy trends and digital monetization.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized, able to manage large outreach pipelines at scale.

• Creative, experimental, and data-driven in your approach to outreach and growth.

• Energized by working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
