About the Role
This isn’t a typical EA role — it’s a front-row seat to one of the world’s most prolific entrepreneurs.
As Executive Assistant to Co-Founder Alex Hormozi, you’ll act as his right hand — managing calendars, communication, and logistics while ensuring every hour and decision creates leverage.
You’ll operate inside a high-performance environment where speed, precision, and trust define success. Your mission: eliminate friction, create clarity, and protect focus so Alex can operate at his highest output.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and prioritize complex calendars, communications, and commitments across media, investments, and personal domains.
• Act as the gatekeeper for time, information, and energy — ensuring alignment with the Co-Founder’s strategic priorities.
• Draft, triage, and manage high-volume correspondence with clarity, tone, and precision.
• Coordinate events, business travel, and logistics with contingency planning and proactive follow-up.
• Support media, book launch, and speaking engagements end-to-end — from prep to post-execution.
• Run recurring syncs, track follow-ups, and manage ongoing initiatives across internal and external teams.
• Anticipate needs before they’re voiced — from scheduling adjustments to operational blind spots.
• Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive business and personal information.

What You’ll Bring
• 7–10 years supporting founders, C-suite executives, or high-net-worth individuals in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — concise, adaptive, and high-signal.
• Proven ability to manage chaos, shifting priorities, and confidential information with calm precision.
• Strong operational judgment and initiative — you don’t wait for direction, you create clarity.
• Capacity to handle founder-level speed, feedback, and standards.
• Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.
• Background in high-growth startups, media, or entrepreneurial environments a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000 – $160,000 + performance-based incentives
• Relocation support ($5,000–$10,000) + temporary housing (up to 3 months)
