About the Role

As an Executive IT Support Specialist, you will provide white-glove, executive-level IT support to senior leadership and support mission-critical infrastructure across our growing office footprint. You’ll be hands-on—setting up devices, configuring environments, managing conference-room tech, and proactively ensuring all systems just work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide executive-level IT support: desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, Mac / Windows support.

• Stand up IT infrastructure in new office/studio build-outs, and support executive workstations and meeting rooms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, Monday.com, etc.).

• Support network deployments (Ubiquiti, Cisco, Starlink, MiFi) across offices, studios and production spaces.

• Own hardware procurement, configuration, device lifecycle management and executive conference room systems.

• Implement and manage MDM, password managers and endpoint security to high standards.

• Create documentation, run-books and support framework for executive systems and workflows.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally supporting C-level or senior stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting ability and service-first mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; calm under pressure and able to manage confidential, high-stakes environments.

• Experience with both macOS and Windows in hybrid teams.

• Fluency in collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, A/V platforms).

• Hands-on experience with MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, FleetDM).

• Deep understanding of network infrastructure (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with high quality in fast-paced settings.

• Bonus: experience working in entertainment, production or creator-led businesses; certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple ACMT, Cisco CCNA.
