The Role
We’re looking for a Community & Expert Success Manager to build meaningful relationships with our growing network of experts and ensure every onboarding experience feels seamless. You’ll guide top founders, creators, and thought leaders through the onboarding process, help optimize their profiles, and amplify their presence on social media.
Your role blends relationship management, content coordination, and community growth—you’ll be the bridge between our experts and the broader Intro community.
What You’ll Do
• Onboard New Experts: Guide creators and founders through setup, ensuring profiles are complete, polished, and optimized for success.
• Coordinate Social Launches: Collaborate with experts to design, schedule, and publish announcement posts that maximize engagement.
• Foster Community Growth: Encourage ongoing expert participation—supporting content sharing, referrals, and platform advocacy.
• Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for experts, maintaining open communication and offering proactive support.
• CRM & Process Building: Manage onboarding workflows, track engagement metrics, and contribute to building scalable systems for community success.
• Drive Referrals: Identify and activate opportunities for experts to refer peers, amplifying organic growth through word-of-mouth.
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years in community management, social media, or customer success, ideally in tech or creator platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly and naturally.
• Experience managing social media content and coordinating multi-platform engagement.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and interest in creating scalable processes.
• Proactive problem-solver with creativity and adaptability.
• Able to work in the office 3 days per week.
