About the Role
rhode is building a best-in-class field team ahead of its Sephora retail expansion. As Field Account Executive, you’ll be the face of the brand in key markets — driving education, sales, and flawless in-store execution. You’ll build relationships with Sephora leadership, elevate brand storytelling through training and events, and ensure every rhode display reflects the brand’s clean, effortless aesthetic.

What You’ll Do
• Represent rhode in the field, owning sales, education, and in-store performance across your territory.
• Build strong partnerships with Sephora leadership and Beauty Advisors to drive conversion and loyalty.
• Lead high-impact trainings, brand immersions, and educational events.
• Execute store activations, campaign launches, and Sephora moments with precision.
• Ensure merchandising excellence and consistent visual standards.
• Manage freelance support teams and act as liaison between stores and HQ.
• Report market insights, trends, and customer feedback to shape strategy.

What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or beauty education (Sephora experience preferred).
• Proven success leading teams and driving retail performance.
• Deep understanding of skincare and prestige beauty retail.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.

• Willingness to travel and engage directly in the field.
