About the Role — Field Sales Representative (SoCal)

We’re seeking an energetic, hands-on Field Sales Representative to drive growth and brand visibility across retail locations throughout Southern California. You’ll be the face of Ketone-IQ in the field—building relationships, optimizing merchandising, and ensuring every store represents our brand at its best.

This is a role for someone who thrives on movement, ownership, and results. You’ll spend most of your time in stores, activating displays, training staff, and driving sell-through.

What You’ll Do

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to build strong relationships and maximize sales performance

• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and in-store displays meet brand standards

• Execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns

• Educate store associates on product benefits, selling techniques, and brand story

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional trends

• Identify opportunities for endcaps, expanded shelf space, and premium POS placement

• Track and report inventory, out-of-stocks, and replenishment needs

• Provide field reports with photos, data, and actionable insights

• Support retail staff and resolve customer inquiries on-site

• Hit and exceed sales targets and territory KPIs

Work Expectations

• 90% field-based, visiting accounts daily across SoCal

• 10% office/home-based for planning, reporting, and CRM updates

• Frequent distributor ride-alongs to open and grow key accounts

• Track and report wins, opportunities, and execution data in real time

About You

• Previous experience in field sales, retail merchandising, or territory account management

• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented and driven by execution excellence

• Comfortable with frequent travel between store locations

• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile reporting platforms

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Background in CPG, retail, or brand merchandising preferred

• Strong organizational skills; thrives managing multiple priorities

• Must be local to Southern California
