The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to shape the future of Intro from the ground up. You’ll own the entire design process—defining the user experience, visual language, and product systems that will power millions of meaningful interactions.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to bring bold ideas to life while maintaining the balance between aesthetics, usability, and impact. This is a high-leverage role for a designer who wants to help define a category-defining product.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across mobile and web platforms—from concept to launch.

• Develop and maintain Intro’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.

• Translate insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design integrity during implementation.

• Champion a design culture focused on clarity, simplicity, and craftsmanship.

• Mentor junior designers and shape the long-term vision of Intro’s design function.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing tech products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design excellence.

• Mastery of Figma (or equivalent tools) and experience with interactive prototyping.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience conducting user research and translating feedback into actionable insights.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Clear communication and storytelling skills to align design with business goals.
