About Workweek

Workweek is reimagining how business leaders create, connect, and collaborate.

We’re solving what we call the knowledge expert paradox — the more experienced someone becomes, the harder it gets to access their expertise.

Our solution: Operator Networks — private communities of verified business leaders built for real conversations, useful content, and high-quality connections. Inside each network, members can chat, share insights, or create newsletters and podcasts — redefining what a professional social platform can be: not built for attention, but for expertise.

We fund this mission through our Partner Platform, a B2B ad platform that helps marketers invest, attribute, and scale campaigns effectively — think Facebook Business Manager for real B2B cycles.

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Frontend Engineer to help shape the foundation of Workweek’s product. You’ll own the frontend architecture, design systems, and user-facing experiences that power our Operator Networks.

You’ll collaborate closely with design and backend teams, working in React + TypeScript to build interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and beautiful. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team — your work will define how our platform looks, feels, and scales.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship features end-to-end using React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling.

• Develop and maintain Workweek’s design system and reusable component library.

• Partner with product and backend engineers to define APIs, user flows, and architecture.

• Review code, give feedback, and uphold engineering best practices.

• Balance speed vs scalability, managing technical debt with discipline.

• Bring a frontend and UX lens to product discussions and roadmap decisions.

• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) intelligently and safely to boost productivity.

• Help shape engineering culture and processes as an early member of the team.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.

• Experience building and scaling design systems or component libraries.

• A sharp eye for UX/UI details and commitment to shipping polished interfaces.

• Thrives in startup or early-stage environments where autonomy and ownership matter.

• Comfortable collaborating across design, backend, and product teams.

• Curious, pragmatic, and AI-savvy — you move fast, but with care.
