About the Role
We’re building our Talent Pipeline for upcoming Account Manager openings. This is your opportunity to express interest and be among the first considered for future roles supporting Jellysmack’s global creator network.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the voice of the creator inside Jellysmack—signing new talent, strengthening partnerships, and driving performance through data, strategy, and relationship excellence.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the outreach, pitching, and negotiation process with potential creator partners.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and their representatives.
• Offer strategic advice and actionable insights to help creators expand audiences and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance creator satisfaction.
• Identify and close new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Lead renewals and expansion initiatives for long-term partnerships.
• Guide creators in leveraging Jellysmack’s offerings to scale efficiently.
Who You Are
• 3+ years in account management, talent management, partnerships, or client services (experience at influencer/talent agencies is a plus).
• Proven track record in sales and negotiation.
• Deep understanding of digital media, social platforms, and creator culture.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
• Bonus: experience with Attio, Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools.
