About Palais Constance

Palais Constance is a fast-growing premium rosé wine brand founded by The Gstaad Guy. Known for its elegant aesthetic and cult following across luxury hospitality, the brand is served in world-class venues including Cipriani, LPM, and The Arts Club. As we continue expanding globally, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead operations and shape the next chapter of our growth.

The Role

The General Manager will work closely with the Founder to lead daily operations, oversee trade relationships, and drive strategic growth across international markets. You’ll combine business acumen with creative vision—ensuring Palais Constance remains synonymous with prestige, taste, and timeless European charm.

This is an opportunity to build one of the most talked-about lifestyle wine brands in the world from the inside.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, managing a small, high-performing team.

• Account Management: Nurture relationships with top-tier hospitality clients (e.g., Cipriani, LPM, The Arts Club).

• Business Development: Expand our trade network across luxury restaurants, hotels, and distributors globally.

• Partnerships & Events: Manage key partnerships, events, and brand activations to elevate awareness and drive sales.

• Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Market Strategy: Identify growth opportunities through market insights and competitor analysis.

• Product Vision: Collaborate with the founder on long-term brand and product innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in sales, business development, or account management in wine, beverages, or luxury hospitality.

• Strong existing relationships with trade accounts across the UK and Europe.

• Proven experience managing high-value partnerships and luxury clients.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Deep understanding of the wine and hospitality ecosystem (WSET certification a plus).

• Based in London with flexibility to travel for meetings and events.
