Overview
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a Graphic Designer, International to join our growing Austin team. You’ll be responsible for designing and localizing packaging and creative assets for our international markets — including Mexico, the UK, and Australia — while supporting the broader creative team on U.S. campaigns.
This is a hands-on design role where precision, creativity, and cultural fluency meet. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Spanish), detail-oriented, and passionate about creating beautiful, functional design that resonates across global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Localization
• Design, adapt, and localize packaging for international markets (Mexico, UK, Australia), maintaining brand consistency and regional compliance.
• Translate and proof design layouts and copy for Spanish-speaking markets, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Manage packaging production files and coordinate with vendors for print execution.
Campaign & Content Design
• Execute creative direction across 360° campaigns — from paid ads to digital content — using approved brand guidelines.
• Design static and motion-based assets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), display ads, banners, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to conceptualize and design high-converting digital ads.
• Assist with campaign concepting, mood boards, and content ideation for global and domestic launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Support sales and marketing collateral, including decks, sell sheets, and POS mockups.
• Prepare photography and video assets for campaigns — including color grading, retouching, and layout optimization.
• Update website creative (banners, PDP assets) and contribute to social content design (Reels, Stories, grids).

What You Bring
• 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio of digital and packaging work.
• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) — essential for localization accuracy.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong background in packaging design and translation for global markets.
• Experience creating paid media assets for Meta, Google Display, and other digital channels.
• Comfort working with creative briefs, performance data, and marketing objectives.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
• Passion for wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and pop culture — with an eye for design trends.
