About the Role — Growth Manager (Amazon)

We’re seeking a Growth Manager to own and scale our Amazon channel end-to-end. This role goes far beyond maintenance—it’s a full-stack growth position for an operator fluent in incrementality, conversion, and marketplace performance systems.

You’ll report directly to the CMO, collaborate with Creative, Ops, and Finance, and hold high visibility across leadership. You’ll manage everything from ad spend to Buy Box protection, CRO, pricing strategy, and expansion into emerging channels.

This role is for an analytical builder who thrives on testing, learning, and driving quantifiable results.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Ownership

• Own the full Amazon performance lifecycle — prospecting, branded, retargeting, reviews

• Maintain 90%+ Buy Box control with proactive protection tactics

• Manage SKU and catalog strategy (pack sizes, pricing, new launches)

• Test emerging formats — Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, and CTV

• Partner with the CMO to evaluate new channel extensions (retail, 3P, OOH)

Ads & Incrementality

• Manage the entire Amazon ad stack — budget, structure, reporting

• Lead incrementality tests (geo holdouts, suppression, survey lift)

• Align with DTC team on pacing, CAC, and nCAC performance

• Track ASIN health and keyword ranking in real time

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Audit and optimize all PDPs (titles, bullets, gallery, A+ content)

• Manage Premium A+ and branded storefront design

• Run systematic CRO experiments to improve PDP conversion rate

Operational & Legal Collaboration

• Align with Finance on inventory forecasting and demand planning

• Work with Legal on reseller takedowns and MAP enforcement

• Partner with Ops on catalog expansion and logistics optimization

• PDP conversion rate and keyword ranking within top 5 priority terms

• 2+ incrementality tests executed within first 90 days

• Proven Amazon operator with P&L or CAC accountability

• Experience managing $500K+/month ad budgets with measurable ROI

• Deep knowledge of incrementality testing and attribution frameworks

• Strong command of marketplace economics, pricing strategy, and SKU management

• Analytical, data-driven, and fluent in performance marketing metrics

• Exceptional cross-functional communication and strategic alignment ability

• Backgrounds in top-tier consulting, DTC growth, or marketplace operations are welcome
