About the Role — Growth Manager (TikTok & Affiliates)

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to architect and scale two of our most explosive growth channels: TikTok Shops and Affiliates. You’ll own the roadmap, execution, and systems that drive these into 7-figure acquisition engines.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a full-stack growth role combining paid media, affiliate systems, and community building. You’ll lead a mix of agencies, creators, and internal teams—turning content, performance data, and affiliate relationships into a flywheel of continuous growth.

What You’ll Do

TikTok Shops Growth

• Own and scale TikTok Shops into a high-ROI acquisition channel

• Run Spark Ads and paid strategies to amplify organic Shop performance

• Lead creator seeding, UGC pipelines, and content testing loops

• Build systems to track and optimize content-to-conversion performance

Affiliate Program Growth

• Scale Ketone-IQ’s homegrown affiliate program into a 7-digit channel

• Design tiered affiliate systems (commission-only and hybrid models)

• Build and activate affiliate communities (Discord, Whop-style groups, live events)

• Implement fraud-resistant onboarding, payout, and tracking processes

Community & Ecosystem Building

• Launch and manage Discord and creator communities to fuel affiliate engagement

• Run affiliate activations, events, and reward programs that drive incremental GMV

• Create engagement systems that blend community and commerce

Systems & Process Leadership

• Architect CRM, attribution, and reporting systems across affiliates and TikTok

• Track performance across GMV, CAC, ROAS, and incrementality

• Develop SOPs for the affiliate lifecycle — onboarding, retention, and reactivation

Team & Partner Management

• Manage agencies, contractors, and internal associates for seamless execution

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Finance, and Ops on briefs, budgets, and inventory planning

• Maintain operational rigor and continuous optimization across campaigns

About You

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or affiliate/TikTok program management

• Proven success scaling TikTok Shops or affiliate channels to $1M+ annual revenue

• Mastery of affiliate system design, including tiering and fraud prevention

• Strong command of TikTok paid media, UGC testing, and live commerce

• Experience building and leading creator or affiliate communities (Discord, Whop, etc.)

• Operator mindset: fluent in systems, attribution, and dashboards

• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional growth teams

• LA-based preferred; remote considered for exceptional operators
