Type: Full-time

The Head of Brand Marketing will lead integrated product launches and brand campaigns across retail and digital, driving velocity, awareness, and long-term equity. This role oversees shopper marketing, retail activations, influencer, and brand partnerships, ensuring every initiative connects cultural relevance with commercial results.

You’ll bring proven experience launching consumer products into national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe) and blend sharp retail execution with innovative cultural marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launches & Campaigns

• Lead go-to-market strategy and rollout for product launches, ensuring seamless integration across retail and digital.

• Drive shopper marketing and retail activation strategies with Walmart, Target, and other key national accounts.

• Partner with sales and operations to ensure efficient, scalable go-to-market execution.

• Own brand marketing budget and forecast planning, aligning spend with business goals and accountability for ROI.

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop the creative/content, influencer, and brand partnerships teams.

• Build alignment and accountability across functions to deliver cohesive, world-class storytelling.

Brand Growth

• Evolve brand strategy, positioning, and voice to maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and experiential channels.

• Build and manage creator, influencer, and community partnerships aligned with brand values.

• Track KPIs and consumer insights to refine strategies and maximize long-term impact.

Requirements

• Experience building brands in CPG, performance, sports, or lifestyle categories.

• Proven track record launching into large national retailers such as Walmart or Target.

• Strong background in shopper marketing and in-store activation.

• Team leadership experience — able to elevate creative, influencer, and partnership functions.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

• Deep understanding of culture, community, and storytelling-driven marketing.
