• Develop and execute legal strategy to enable business growth.

• Build scalable processes for IP, contracts, employment, and compliance.

• Oversee corporate governance, privacy, and data protection.

🛡 Mitigate Risk & Ensure Compliance

• Identify legal risks early and design proactive mitigation strategies.

• Manage internal policies that evolve with new regulations.

• Lead compliance across finance, employment, and content.
