The Role

Genies is seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead our product and design organizations, driving the next evolution of AI-powered digital identity. You’ll own company-wide product strategy, roadmap, and execution—bridging creativity, technology, and user insight to build experiences that redefine how people express themselves online.

This is a player-coach role: part visionary, part builder. You’ll mentor teams while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, and leadership to bring groundbreaking ideas from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the product strategy across Genies’ core platform, tools, and user experiences.

• Own and prioritize the company-wide roadmap, balancing innovation, scalability, and user impact.

• Lead, mentor, and scale the product and design teams, establishing best practices and execution frameworks.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide products from concept to global launch.

• Deeply understand user needs through research, data, and community insights.

• Define and measure success metrics, ensuring outcomes are data-driven and high impact.

• Maintain consistency and quality across all Genies products and experiences.

• Represent Genies’ product vision to external stakeholders—partners, creators, and investors.

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership.

• Proven ability to ship consumer-grade products at scale.

• Experience building both 0→1 and 1→n products in creative, social, or platform environments.

• Deep empathy for users—developers, creators, and consumers alike.

• Strong grasp of design principles, user research, and technical collaboration.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence.

• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments.

• Passion for AI, UGC, digital goods, and avatar ecosystems.

• Bonus: Experience in virtual worlds, creator platforms, or generative AI products.
