Position Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and execute global influencer strategies that strengthen SKIMS’ position as a cultural leader in fashion and lifestyle.
You’ll work with influencers ranging from micro-creators to VIPs, manage partnerships end-to-end, and create campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable conversion. This is a hands-on role for someone deeply connected to influencer culture, trends, and the evolving creator economy.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement cross-platform influencer strategies to drive brand engagement, retention, and reach.
• Build and manage a strong influencer network—from micro-creators to global celebrities—reflecting SKIMS’ values and aesthetic.
• Oversee paid and earned partnerships, including contract negotiations and deliverable management.
• Support global brand launches and activations through social-led campaigns and digital storytelling.
• Identify and onboard emerging talent aligned with SKIMS’ voice and audience.
Relationship Building
• Foster long-term partnerships with creators and brand advocates.
• Promote brand messaging and creative goals through the influencer community.
• Collaborate with PR, paid media, and social teams to align influencer initiatives across all channels.
Content & Performance
• Oversee influencer content distribution across owned and paid media.
• Track campaign KPIs including engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide insights to refine strategy based on data and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead storytelling efforts that translate SKIMS’ mission into authentic influencer content.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, PR, Social, and Paid Media) to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Lead influencer projects with efficiency, precision, and creative flair.
• Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep SKIMS relevant and aspirational.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• 5–7 years experience in influencer marketing at a brand or agency, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Deep network of influencer relationships across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with talent ranging from micro to VIP level.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Strategic, creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and influencer management platforms.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Passion for fashion and brand-building—but no desire to be an influencer personally.

$100,000 – $120,000 / year
(Dependent on experience and qualifications.)
